Who you are
- We are looking for motivated, curious, and passionate individuals eager to kickstart their career in gaming

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields
- Prior internship or strong self-driven project in gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus
- Business-driven and analytical - you link communication to strategy and measurable impact
- AI-native mindset - you use AI to automate, scale, and 10× your productivity
- Strong communication, presentation, and research skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized
- Fluency in English
- Passion for gaming, tech, or AI is a strong plus
- Eligible for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required)

What the job involves
- As a Strategic Project Manager Intern, you will lead a high-impact initiative at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication
- Your mission is clear: build and scale Homa’s AI-powered content engine
- You will design structured systems, prompt libraries, templates, and automated workflows that dramatically increase the speed, consistency, and quality of how we communicate, internally and externally
- This role is not about “posting content.” It’s about building the infrastructure behind it
- Architect Homa’s end-to-end, AI-driven content engine powering all internal and external communications
- Design its strategic foundations: narrative logic, prompt architecture, automation workflows, and quality standards
- Build and deploy scalable infrastructure that turns executive strategy into clear, consistent, high-impact communication
- Drive adoption and performance, ensuring measurable gains in speed, clarity, and leverage
- Continuously optimise the system to raise the bar on excellence and impact company-wide
- You will act as a force multiplier for executive communication
- Work directly with executives on a company-wide strategic initiative
- Build systems that will shape how Homa communicates long-term
- Gain exposure to strategy, AI, and operations inside a fast-growing gaming company
- Learn from multiple teams and experienced mentors
- Deliver tangible, measurable impact in 6 months

Mobile gaming continues to grow in popularity, and more and more big companies and franchises are publishing their offerings for download, but this has made it extremely hard for small games, with small teams, to stand out. Homa Games builds tools for developers to build successful mobile games, including publishing and monetising their products.

The company helps developers build faster, with testing tools; create more popular games through market intelligence; and remove financial risk by offering smart in-app advertisements and distribution management.
Since 2018, Homa Games has attracted one billion downloads for its published games. The company has raised an impressive level of funding that will be used to improve its tech stack and expand into web3 and NFTs, and it has acquired and partnered with other technologies towards this next goal.
