• Specific project work will be determined closer to start date, but the intern can expect to flex all of the following skills:
• Supporting program design by actively contributing to brainstorms and working sessions
• Assisting in development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Partnering with Talent Density team members and partners from across the people team to execute program logistics
• Gathering and analyzing feedback from various sources to understand program effectiveness and contribute to future program changes
• Helping create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure scalability and clear communication
