Role
Who you are
- Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (First and Second State Exams, both with at least “befriedigend” grades)
- Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple topics simultaneously and navigating cross-functional projects
- Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, practical language
- Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation

- Advise on a variety of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes
- Work closely with various departments to develop business-oriented legal solutions
- Support cross-functional projects, including post-merger integration and governance work
