Who you are
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led environment
- Proven track record in PLG or self-serve models — with success owning metrics like signup-to-activation, retention, expansion, and LTV/CAC
- End-to-End Growth Strategy Ownership: Connects market insight → PLG roadmap → OKRs; prioritizes the highest-impact bets across acquisition, activation, retention & expansion; co-authors quarterly goals with leadership and revisits them as data shifts
- Experimentation & Learning Mindset: Designs statistically sound A/B tests, ships fast iterations, learns aloud, scales wins; challenges “we’ve always done it this way” when impact warrants
- Analytical Insight & Data Fluency: Surfaces “gold spots” in messy funnels, defines crisp KPIs, tells the story behind the numbers; moves seamlessly from SQL/dashboards to stakeholder-ready narratives
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Rallies Design, Eng, Data, PMM & GTM pods; clarifies scope, trade-offs, and timelines; coaches teams while keeping momentum high
- Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Earns trust up, down & sideways; frames decisions, secures buy-in, and navigates change with empathy and clarity
- Velocity & Bias to Action: Turns insight into shipped value quickly; aligns fast, unblocks teams, and hits timing windows—quality without drag
- Creative Solutioning & Bold Problem Solving: Generates and refines novel growth ideas, tests constraints, and finds workable alternatives when the “perfect” path isn’t feasible

What the job involves
- As a Senior Growth Product Manager you will drive sustainable and scalable growth across our customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, leading high-impact experiments and building systems that accelerate customer value and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with world-class teams to optimize funnel conversion, unlock self-serve revenue opportunities, and scale our B2B PLG engine
- Own the end-to-end PLG growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities based on data, user insights, and market trends
- Drive fast-paced experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Partner with engineering, analytics, PMM, and customer-facing teams to build and iterate on high-performing growth loops
- Lead growth pods to execute roadmap initiatives — with clear ownership over experiment planning, execution, and analysis
- Influence go-to-market strategy, pricing & packaging, and product-led sales efforts through customer insights and experimentation
- Define and track key growth metrics, including activation rates, retention cohorts, LTV/CAC, and expansion revenue
- Use data to surface bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and refine the roadmap to maximize business impact
- Build feedback loops between product and go-to-market teams to continually improve user onboarding and engagement

Superhuman recognizes that our email UX could just be a lot more beautiful and efficient, and have integrated smart features like “unsend” so we never have to suffer the embarrassment of another typo.
Although standing out in a market of free services (they charge a $30 per month fee), Superhuman commanded a waiting list of over 250,000 during its beta testing phase.
With more than $100 million in overall funding from firms like Andreessen Horowitz and First Round Capital, Superhuman is setting trends in emerging enterprise software with both its design and go-to-market strategy. They’ve managed to steal an audience from the big players by giving users something beautiful and more streamlined to work with. Its 2024-released feature is a testament to this, which generates instant reply suggestions for emails that are smart, context-aware and efficient.
