Who you are
- Proven experience in Product Management within EV, energy storage, or fleet electrification projects (relevant domains will be considered)
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing suppliers, contracts, and timelines
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams, including software, operations, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Passion for clean energy, fleet decarbonisation, and sustainable transport solutions
- Experience with EVSE technology or domain
- Experience working with bus, truck, or commercial fleet vehicle solutions
- Understanding of battery repurposing and second-life energy storage applications
What the job involves
- Zenobe is seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Manager to manage our Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) portfolio, including chargers, power electronics and ancillary systems
- Reporting to the Senior Hardware Manager you will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure our hardware meets performance, reliability, and regulatory standards
- Own the Zenobe global EVSE portfolio, system cost model and solution evaluation
- Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery of hardware components
- Work with suppliers & internal teams to rigorously interrogate system changes, such as device firmware, prior to deployment
- Manage onboarding of EVSE solutions and develop test cases with technical team to validate integration compatibility, efficiency, and reliability with fleet operations.Work with operations team to ensure that the whole EVSE lifecycle is considered. Enabling optimised EVSE installation & commissioning and establishing spare parts solutions; maintenance instruction and operator training
- Assist operations and maintenance teams in diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues in the field
- Continuously prioritise demands on a value driven basis
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, including bidirectional charging (V2G), smart grid integration, and battery repurposing for second-life applications
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, performance, or longevity
- Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability by; integrating these principles into daily responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment, promoting both the physical and mental health of self and colleagues, and adopting sustainable and energy-efficient practices to minimize environmental impact
