Content Planning & Performance Manager, PlayStation

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years' experience in analytics, business intelligence, content strategy, or planning and performance within the gaming, entertainment or subscription service industries
• Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, with advanced excel modeling proficiency
• Skillset to break down complex data and present it in a clear and actionable manner to relevant stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a persistent attention to detail
• Capacity to adapt quickly and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An extraordinary teammate who can identify and cultivate key internal relationships
• Experience supporting high performing teams, ideally in an international or remote working structure

• You’ll help target and analyze the performance of games that form our proposition, and will be responsible for defining appropriate forecasting, targeting, and performance models that drive our acquisition strategy
• The successful candidate will work in a global team, using data to identify the games that power PlayStation Plus
• Tracking performance of games and presenting key information and data trends that inform our content policies & guide our acquisition strategy
• Building gameplay engagement & business case models from scratch using available data
• Identifying target titles and advising on profitable deal structures based on industry-wide gameplay trends & publisher preferences
• Developing and recommending criteria and metrics for content planning and evaluation that align with driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Supporting a multi-million $ content budget, establishing agreed parameters as well as improving the value of each individual deal
• Closely collaborating with internal teams – including Content Acquisition, Services Commercial, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Content Operations
• Defining & building, in collaboration with Analytics teams, appropriate planning, forecasting and performance models
• Understanding what the content acquisition team needs to consider when negotiating deals to secure games for PlayStation Plus
