Who you are

- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies to solve complex problems

What the job involves
- Hightouch is looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with strategic consulting and SI partners. This position will focus on sourcing pipeline and closing revenue, working in lockstep with our North American Enterprise and MidMarket sales teams on partner-influenced opportunities
- As Partner Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best data and martech consultants in the world and create a meaningful impact on our rapidly growing business and our customers’ businesses
- This position will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability and will play a central role in the growth and long-term success of Hightouch
- Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline
- Advocate for our partners internally, guide our partnership strategy as we grow, and increase our alignment with SI partners in deals
- Be a strategic partner to our AEs, helping with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning and execution
- Develop new materials and processes to ensure partner success and encourage deal flow
- Work with the Hightouch marketing team on partner co-marketing projects (e.g. content, events, conferences)
Our take
The use of data integration software involves combining data from different sources to provide users with a unified view. Due to the growing need to combine several heterogeneous data sources, along with the rise of cloud computing, demand for effective data integration tools and services has been increasing.
While Fivetran is one of the most prominent platforms companies use to “extract, transform, and load” data into its warehouse, Hightouch does the opposite of that, what has become known as “reverse ETL.” For example, a company could use Fivetran to get the data into its warehouse and then use Hightouch to get the data from the warehouse and into Salesforce.
Hightouch serves a diverse range of clients, from B2B giants like Kong, Plaid, and Mattermost to B2C leaders like Nando's and Autotrader. With recent acquisitions including the product-led sales automation startup Workbase and the knowledge management startup Whatis, alongside an expanded partnership with Snowflake, Highlight continues to enhance its capabilities and provide seamless data activation for its growing customer base.
