Who you are

Education in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management or comparable
5+ years of experience in Marketing, with proven experience in content / product marketing and go-to-market strategy development within the SaaS industry
Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of managing high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous, multiple projects with varying deadlines
The ability to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches to accomplish our goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Experience in the fitness industry or related fields is a plus

What the job involves

To support our team during the Maternity Leave of our VP of Marketing, we are seeking an Interim Director of Marketing (focused on product and content)
Planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
Developing a compelling messaging strategy that is highly localized towards the markets we operate in, such as Germany and Spain, to effectively communicate our value proposition
Managing cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing techniques
Overseeing our Content Production team in creating engaging and high-quality content across various platforms
Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Exploring new channels and partnerships to expand our market reach and enhance customer acquisition efforts
Analyzing marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives
