Senior Administrative Assistant, Anduril Industries

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize executives' time efficiently
• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related communications
• Clearly communicate meeting details, changes, and updates to all relevant parties
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders across the organization
• Participate in administrative team, providing calendar backup to other assistants as needed
