Role
Who you are
- A Product Manager with a track record for successfully getting technical sought-after products to market
- Excited by the challenge to define, design and launch new products to millions of users
- 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Track record in managing product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog
- 3+ years experience working with Agile or Scrum teams
- Track record of working independently, and resolving ambiguity
- Consumer level proficiency of AI and LLM-powered technology
- 2+ years experience in working with Talent Acquisition systems
- High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customers’ needs
- Excellent analytical abilities, including exploration, measurement, and monitoring
- Strong Active Listening Skills with the ability to elicit requirements
- A collaborative approach, seeking common ground to meet organizational goals
- Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience with Lovable, Claude, and Cursor AI tools a plus
