Principal Strategy & Operations Business Analyst, Workday

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience with background in strategy consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize, scope, and align key initiatives using data and analytical tools and methods
• Experience identifying business needs and applying strong qualitative and quantitative analytical problem solving
• Ability to build content and communicate at an executive level with a coherent narrative tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate with executives to find opportunities to develop and enhance their business
• Strong relationship management and organizational change skills, including experience working with multiple partners and across all levels of leadership
• Inquisitive, driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded!
• Ability to switch priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• The role works with the Senior Director of Portfolio & GTM to provide insights to influence CX strategy, address key CX challenges and identify opportunities to grow the business
• You quickly identify needs and rapidly iterate thinking towards evidence-based recommendations
• You will drive alignment and build partnerships with key stakeholders along the way
• The Senior Strategy Analyst addresses business problems through a long-term lens with consideration of the immediate operational needs
• Your scope of work may include discovering and documenting business requirements, developing strategies and models, identifying growth initiatives, and building a pipeline of opportunities for partnership across Workday
• Coordinate efforts to define business requirements and continually refine hypotheses by selecting the questions to explore further
• Leverage data to tell a story by making recommendations, analyzing implications and ensuring ideas have a clear return on investment to our customers and business
• Work with CX Leaders to prepare points of view to influence strategic direction in each of their businesses
• Develop the analytical framework and blueprint to address questions identified in the portfolio, product, or customer experience
• Facilitate discussions to communicate insights learned from analyses and provide input into line of business strategy
• Advocate for Workday’s strategy, mission, and culture in a compelling manner and knows how to have fun!
