- As an Associate Product Manager at Kantata, you will be pivotal in driving the delivery of high-quality, impactful product features
- You will take ownership of product execution and delivery, innovate continuously, and ensure the adoption and impact of new features
- This role requires a proactive approach to product management, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer and business value
- Take ownership of delivering key product features, ensuring they are high-quality, impactful, and delivered on time
- Break down product initiatives into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development cycles to maximize business and customer value
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to align on scope, execution, and release timelines
- Actively participate in strategic product discussions by sharing insights and customer-driven ideas that shape the roadmap
- Work closely with senior product managers to identify gaps and opportunities in our products and processes
- Bring a problem-solving mindset—testing new ideas, iterating on solutions, and pushing for continuous improvement
- Ensure successful feature launches by working with marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption and user engagement
- Track the success of new features with key product metrics (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and engagement)
- Use customer feedback and data insights to drive iteration and optimization of product experiences
- Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and execution speed matters
- Quickly adapt to new information, make data-driven decisions, and push projects forward with urgency
- Drive continuous process improvements to accelerate innovation and execution
