• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role, with a focus on driving technical excellence and team productivity
• Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Proficient in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript etc.)
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of the importance of product thinking when enabling software delivery teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for technical decisions and investments at all levels of the organization
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus

• You will become the Engineering Manager of the Developer Platform Team, whose mission is to enable software delivery teams to move faster, enhance reliability, security and do so with greater satisfaction
• As Engineering Manager, you will be overseeing technical excellence (i.e. simplicity, quality and scalability of code and architecture) and the health of the team
• You’ll take ownership of the team's "how”: ensuring that technical decisions support the broader organizational goals, and advocating for the technical investments needed to deliver long-term success
• Support the personal development and well-being of your team members
