Who you are
- An incredibly organised and efficient person, responsible for providing a high level of admin support to 2 members of the Gousto Leadership Team who also sit on the Gousto Board.
- The ideal candidate for this role is proactive and able to quickly establish a strong relationship with the LT members making it easy to anticipate their needs and ensure their days run as smoothly as possible

What the job involves
- Complex diary management of 2 busy and ever changing diaries. Able to prioritise calls/meetings
- Act as the Gatekeeper to their diary, establishing yourself as an extension of the LT member and therefore the first point of contact in many cases. Protecting their time when necessary
- Respond to emails on behalf of the LT member and as the LT member
- Prepare documentation for new team members and provide them with an onboarding plan
- Book meeting rooms (may require some negotiation with the team if nothing is available)
- Set up meeting rooms, greet external attendees and provide refreshments
- Be involved in the hiring process by screening candidates and setting up interviews
- Arrange flights, trains, accommodation, taxi transfers and restaurant reservations
- Collating team information such as 360 feedback and interview feedback
- Complete monthly expenses
- Draft communications and agendas
- Prepare presentations
- Take minutes
- Assist with preparation for the Board meetings and any follow up
- Organise quarterly team away days and offsite meetings and be present to ensure they run smoothly. Also assist with organising events for LT members direct reports
- Organise monthly/quarterly team celebrations as required
- Order in a weekly LT lunch and other lunches as required
- Manage holiday requests (LT’s own and their teams)
- Make ad-hoc restaurant and venue reservations
- Arrange birthday, anniversary and celebratory gifts as required
- Work on Ad hoc projects
- Book personal appointments

Gousto aims to meet this need with its meal-kit delivery service, which offers pre-packaged ingredients and recipe instructions. It sets itself apart with more than 200 different recipes to choose from each week - a third of which are customisable.
In 2021, Gousto sold more than 90 million meals, amounting to three meals every second, a figure that is on the rise. It is part of the UK Plastics Pact, which advocates for 100% reusable, recyclable and compostable plastic. As a member, Gousto has committed to eliminating problematic plastics, stimulating innovation and helping to build a stronger recycling system in the UK.
Gousto became a B Corp certified company for its sustainability efforts. Following huge investments in 2023, the company is now a unicorn and is sure to continue its growth over the coming years as more consumers switch to convenient online grocery shopping.
