Role
Who you are
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in Programmatic, AdTech or MarTech Space
- Programmatic Advertising knowledge required
- Extensive experience with SQL query language, Tableau, HIVE, Python, Vertica and Excel/pivot tables
- Excellent presentation/visualization/storytelling skills with PowerPoint
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of an ad tech platform
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Experience in a digital media/Programmatic analytics role
- Experience puling & putting together audience insights reports
- Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS or other data manipulation tools a plus
What the job involves
- The Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team at Zeta Global provides actionable insights to both external customers and internal teams
- As a Sr. Analyst, Customer Analytics & Insights, you’ll build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts
- You’ll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimization, and/or online testing strategy. Day-to-day, your role includes:
- Own campaign performance and reporting insights while recommending opportunities for optimization
- Regular review of performance of models across revenue, performance, and pacing
- Analyze network performance to understand value provided by publishers and data providers
- Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance
- Work with clients to understand key business challenges and design analytic and testing plans to derive actionable intelligence
- Work with clients and internal teams to create real-time brand optimization strategies that align with campaign goals, but also create strong, clear signals that our models can use to optimize campaign delivery and performance
- Mentor junior analysts in storytelling, campaign optimization, planning, technical and problem-solving skills
- Consult with clients and internal teams regarding development & alignment of marketing programs across on-line channels
- Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts
- Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendation for clients through thoughtfully crafted storytelling
