Who you are
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT support
- Excellent network skills, such as managing IT server rooms and network switches/firewalls
- Excellent computer troubleshooting skills (windows 10, Mac OS)
- Possess exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Implement and maintain security camera system & badge system
- Nimble and patient with good communication skills
- Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred
What the job involves
- As a warehouse IT specialist, you will be accountable for helping us design, deploy, implement, and maintain warehouse networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops and laptops, and IT assets
- A successful candidate should have some experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and good organizational and analytical abilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, including network, Laptop/desktop/server, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode & Wi-Fi printer, Scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, other IT-related equipment
- Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) user access privileges
- Inspect, audit, maintain, and repair/replace all IT equipment in good working condition
- Design, document, deploy, install, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, Access Points, MDF/IDF, video conferences, SAN, NAS, Surveillance systems, security cameras, and warehouse system-related IT servers, Storage, and applications
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Create and design complex floor plans and elevation diagrams for building, MDF/IDF and IT Infrastructure
- Create complex project plans for IT Infrastructure and buildouts
- Create standardized IT Warehouse processes and operational procedures
- Write SOP user manual documents and provide IT training to end users
- Participate in local implementation of HQ projects as needed
- Other projects or tasks assigned by the warehouse Operations Manager/Director
- Work Schedule
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- On-Call: Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 9 AM Saturday - Sunday, 9 AM - 9 AM

It's often hard to find foreign or imported food ingredients in the United States. Weee is an online delivery platform aiming to address this by offering groceries and products for Asian Americans and underserved communities across North America. CEO Larry Lui founded the company after having difficulty finding Chinese ingredients in local stores when he moved to the U.S.
Since its launch in 2015, Weee caters to approximately 300,000 households in the U.S and fulfils thousands of orders a day. Originally targeting Asian consumers, the company now brands itself as an “ethnic e-grocer” in a move to attract the United States' 60 million Hispanic consumers as well. This diversification is in response to growing competition in the Asian grocery space from the likes of e-grocers Chowbus and Umamicart and retail chains H Mart and 99 Ranch Market.
The ethnic grocery market is expected to reach more than $460 billion by 2030. Weee plan to grow into this market by launching its service in over 30 additional North American cities over the next three years, expanding into the Canadian market as well. Further, 2022 funding will be used to tap into new cultural cuisines and scale development in AI and warehouse automation.
