VP of Engineering, Nivoda

• 8-10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling successful engineering teams, ideally within a high-growth tech company
• Excellent communication skills, ideally worked with remote engineering teams
• Experience in working on distributed systems across multiple geographies
• Experience with managing large (50+ people) teams
• Ambitious mindset, with the potential to take on CTO responsibilities in the future
• Deep technical expertise, with a background in software development and track record of delivering complex projects
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern software development practices
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred)
