What the job involves
- Become a member of our Customer Care Team, master the challenges of high growth and help us further shape our growth trajectory
- Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face
- Hosting webinars, office hours and other scaled education formats (e.g., onboarding)
- Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable
- Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience
