Role
Who you are
- Design Expertise: Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Nice to have, but not required: experience in video production and animation
- Digital Tools: Experience with Figma and Notion
- Communication Skills: You can communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively – both within the team and to stakeholders
- Structure & Ownership: You work independently and with a goal-oriented mindset, staying organized and on track even when managing complex projects
- Language Skills: English – fluent (spoken and written), German and French (nice to have but not required)
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team, think in solutions, and help achieve shared goals. You aren't afraid to join the team 2-3 times a week at our Denver office for collaboration

What the job involves
- As part of our creative design team, you will craft visually compelling solutions for various markets and channels. We’re looking for you – a creative mind with a structured work style and a strong sense of teamwork. See below for more!
- Design & Execution: Develop a wide range of brand and marketing assets – from digital campaigns and print materials to social media content, presentations, and video
- Project Ownership: Take responsibility for small to mid-sized projects and collaborate closely with other designers
- Teamwork & Communication: Work cross-functionally with the design team, marketing team, and other departments – both nationally and internationally
- Presentation: Present your designs and ideas to the design and marketing teams
- Structure & Efficiency: Keep deadlines in sight and realistically estimate your workload
- Quality & Feedback: Implement feedback effectively, share your expertise with colleagues, and proactively seek support when needed
- Creative Development: Contribute ideas for new campaigns and projects and support ongoing brand development
- Knowledge Sharing: Create templates for other departments and help document brand guidelines
- Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Integrate with the team- know the who's and the what's
- Understand the design workflows
- Learn the global team and all the inner workings
