What the job involves
- Raylo is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow our Raylo Pay high-value relationships with our brand and distributor partners
- This is a senior, cross-functional role reporting to the VP Commercial
- You’ll take ownership of partner performance, manage commercial and operational alignment, and unlock new growth opportunities within your portfolio
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for the electronics brands that are leveraging our embedded subscription platform (Raylo Pay)
- Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders across e-commerce, commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams
- Act as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for their needs across Raylo
- Track and optimise account KPIs, including subscription volume, conversion rates, and renewal/upgrade engagement
- Partner with Raylo’s sales leadership to onboard and execute joint growth plans with key partners
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., new categories, bundles, value-add services)
- Resolve issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Finance, Customer Service)
- Maintain account documentation, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
- Own and deliver QBRs with partners, sharing performance insights and planning next steps
- Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and content strategies
- Support pricing discussions and renewal negotiations

As a society, a disposable tech culture has developed, which is both expensive and harmful to the environment. Raylo is offering a more sustainable alternative. Through its subscription platform, consumers and Small to medium-sized businesses can subscribe to new and refurbished devices like phones, tablets and laptops, paying a monthly fee for the length of the contract.
Raylo sets itself apart through affordable device subscriptions, with the option of flexible upgrades. The environmental and economic benefits of device lifecycle extensions are significant, as, despite consumers’ increasing reliance on electronic devices, research from Ofcom indicated that many consumers struggle with the affordability of mobile phones. Raylo's circularity is also an essential part of the move towards more sustainable production practices and the reduction of tech waste.
In 2022, Raylo cemented its status as an actor for good with its recognition as a B-Corporation. The company has also netted considerable funds, which will enable it to expand operations, with plans to grow its direct-to-consumer channel, as well as an expansion of its embedded subscription integrations with some of the world's leading device brands.
