Role
Who you are
- 1+ years experience in outbound target-driven environments with a proven track record of success in meeting quotas or KPIs, including activities, accounts, and conversations
- Familiarity with remote-first work environments; ability to work independently and self-motivate, although an office setup might be a future option
- Understanding of SDR tasks and requirements; prior experience in high-volume, high-activity environments, demonstrating multitasking abilities
- Experience working with new accounts, constructing personalized sequences, making calls, and booking meetings
- Competence in data hunting, phone communication, and constructing effective elevator pitches; track record of booking meetings over the phone
- Possession of investigative and reasoning skills to personalize messaging based on research; exceptional written English for outbound demand gen emails
- Adaptability to early-stage environments, willingness to commit to Sales Development for 18 months, openness to feedback, and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Tenacity and positive mindset, with examples of objection handling or changing minds considered advantageous
What the job involves
- Engaging with potential customers to assess mutual fit through calls, emails, and social media, specifically:
- Working 8+ new accounts per day with 3 contacts per account ◦
- Constructing 24 personalized sequences a day
- Doing 50 calls per day minimum
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on performance by keeping our CRM system (HubSpot) up to date
- Documenting and sharing what you're testing and learning so that the whole team can learn from your experience
- Working closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline and secure deals
- Identifying high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and developing and executing outbound strategies to attract them to Pinpoint
- Launching and testing new outbound channels and determining how best to scale them
- Providing a great experience for our prospective customers
