Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience as a sales trainer, with knowledge of B2B SaaS sales for Direct and Partner channels
- 2+ years of previous B2B SaaS Sales experience (SaaS, fast-growing scale-ups)
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and revenue
- Strong background in pulling levers that impact sales performance metrics
- Tangible experience coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Experience thriving in a high-velocity, fast-paced work environment
- Experienced in optimizing inbound and outbound sales processes
- System knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Outreach, and Confluence (preferred)
- Strategic thinker
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process driven
- Strong experience with inbound, outbound, retention, and upsell teams would be highly desirable

Leverage your hands-on sales expertise and training skills as our Sales Enablement Trainer, where you’ll empower teams with impactful coaching, sharpen sales strategies, and drive exceptional results in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- We’re seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer who can deliver best-in-class commercial results, providing training and resources that drive sales performance
- Reporting to the global Sales & Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll assist with our Canadian sales enablement strategy to deliver compelling training, onboarding, and enablement across our Direct and Partner channels
- We champion a culture of excellence and innovation. Your key deliverables will include improving every facet of our sales team performance in market
- You will be responsible for:
- Increasing conversion rates throughout all stages of the sales cycle
- Boosting revenue generation by improving the performance of our sales team
- Optimizing our usage of go-to-market tech to create a more efficient, effective sales team
- Reducing new hire ramp time and ensuring they are meeting targets
- Build out the Canadian team's sales enablement function by localizing standards set out by the global team and developing new innovative training to enhance sales performance
- Developing and delivering best-in-class sales training, ensuring widespread adoption, and producing tangible results
- Assisting with sales onboarding processes, ensuring strong sales skills, deep product knowledge and motivation to succeed
- Embedding a culture of best practice and sales excellence
- Leveraging reporting data to drive improvements in sales metrics across individuals and teams
- Leading a regular cadence of 1:1 training sessions, live call listening, demo reviews, group training and roleplays
- Delivering invaluable sales resources, including localized pitch decks, competitor and industry battlecards, testimonials, value propositions, and playbooks
- Working with our Go to Market Leadership team on a regular basis to understand their strategic business priorities
