Our take
The European Medical Journal (EMJ) is a digital platform that shares the latest news and research across major medical fields. It creates free journals and highlights from top medical conferences so healthcare professionals can stay on top of the latest developments. And everything it publishes is open access, so anyone, anywhere can learn from it.
The platform also runs EMJ GOLD, a platform connecting medical experts with pharmaceutical companies to share knowledge and spark conversations that advance healthcare. In a space that's often slow to innovate, EMJ stands out for its fresh approach to new media, particularly its interactive content, which is becoming a hallmark of the brand. From dynamic articles to engaging digital formats, EMJ is rethinking how medical knowledge is being shared.
In recent years, EMJ has also received some major recognition, like the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2022. Alongside this, it's teamed up with groups like the World Telehealth Initiative to democratise healthcare knowledge. With a number of strong partnerships and accolades to its name, it looks likely that EMJ will continue to make waves in the medical world.
