Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in a technical product marketing or technical customer-facing role
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing technical content for product marketing within the SaaS space
- Strong technical background in the cloud security (or related) domain, with an in-depth understanding of the technical buyer persona and the ability to align content with their needs
- Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, engaging, and easily understandable content for a variety of audiences
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats and styles
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and impactful technical marketing content
What the job involves
- Material Security is looking for a dynamic Technical Product Marketing Manager with a passion for content creation to drive our product marketing initiatives with high quality materials across a range of formats
- This role will collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Product Marketing, and the larger GTM and product teams, becoming an integral part of our organization's strategic direction and growth
- As a subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in crafting our content narrative and spreading technical materials to raise awareness, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing success
- You will be a key driver for communicating complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner
- Your role will be pivotal in creating content that drives demand, reduces sales cycles, improves win rates, and increases customer happiness
- Conceptualize, develop, and manage a detailed content marketing strategy specifically tailored to our technical products
- Create high-quality, informative, and engaging technical content, including white papers, product guides, blog posts, and video scripts that resonate with our technical audience
- Regularly produce and update sales materials that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Coordinate with GTM and Product teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance, fostering collaborative relationships for seamless content integration
