- 5+ years of front-end engineering experience

What the job involves
- The Content Management team is pivotal in scaling Coursera’s global educational catalog content operations, driving efficient lifecycle management, content metadata management, and comprehensive curation enablement across the content ecosystem
- Our mission is to build predictive, transparent, and automated systems that optimize the sourcing, tagging, curation, launch, and lifecycle management of content, enabling us to rapidly adapt to learner needs and maximize growth opportunities
- Design and implement scalable & robust frontend applications, bringing a clean, consistent, and high-quality look and feel to every step of the learner journey
- Use and explore AI-powered coding and design tools to accelerate delivery and creativity
- Measure your work thoroughly, analyze results, and generate hypotheses to drive new product changes through A/B testing
- Upgrade critical and legacy pages, improving accessibility, performance, and visual polish
- Collaborate closely with design, business, and product stakeholders to find the best solutions and adapt to changes
- Share knowledge and guide other teams in using the design system and visual standards
