What the job involves

  • The Strategic Alliances Partnership Representative (SAPR) is responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Strategic Alliances and Account Executives
  • This position will be a major change agent at Spring Health, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
  • In addition, we are seeking creative and passionate individuals eager to develop their skill sets to be successful long term in their careers who believe in honesty and transparency
  • Help develop & execute inbound and outbound outreach strategy, content and development programs for the Strategic Alliances team
  • Prospect into top consulting offices through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels
  • Generate & execute sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Strategic Alliances using Spring Health’s qualification criteria
  • Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to the designated Strategic Alliance representative
  • Develop all of the critical skills to accelerate a successful career in Sales or Strategic Alliances
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute outreach and go-to-market strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • What success looks like in this role:
  • You achieve your targets for qualified meetings and opportunities pipeline as set out for each quarter
  • You successfully complete all assigned trainings and continuously improve your sales skills
  • You collaborate effectively with your team, leaders, and cross-functional peers to drive success
  • You demonstrate persistence and creativity in reaching key consultants and generating interest in Spring Health
  • You proactively seek feedback and opportunities for improvement to refine your outreach strategies and tactics

Large companies often provide employees with mental health services, but small businesses find it challenging to offer similar support. Additionally, existing support systems are usually generalized, failing to deliver the personalized mental healthcare that individuals need. To address this gap, Spring Health has developed AI-driven tools for employers to create tailored mental wellness plans for their employees, including treatment options, daily routines, and medication plans based on individual data.

Spring Health has recently expanded its services to the family and pediatric space through the acquisition of Weldon, offering mental wellness guidance to parents. This expansion includes chats with therapists, social workers, and parenting coaches, as well as group support with other parents and access to educational content. By focusing on personalized care, Spring Health aims to enhance mental wellness support for families alongside its existing employee services.
