What the job involves
- As a Senior Account Executive for Daxko's nonprofit market, you will play a vital role in driving sales by identifying new leads, closing deals, and supporting existing nonprofit clients
- You will develop tailored sales strategies and effectively communicate the value of Daxko's products to meet the unique needs of nonprofit organizations
- Your responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, engaging prospects, crafting proposals, and managing contracts
- Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotas
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships
- Present products and services to potential clients
- Deliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needs
- Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and data
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospects

Daxko is an operations and financial management solution specifically designed for the health and wellness sector.
The company has created a library of 12 services ranging from mobile apps to Daxko accounting, opening itself up to a wider range of customers. A recent win for the company was acquiring VFPnext, a software company with over 1,000 customers in the health and wellness space, specialising in built-in automated marketing and sales.
Daxko has also partnered with the likes of Welld Health and Gympass over the years and have landed themselves in an impressive 19,000 facilities. Despite operating in a space with competitors such as Mindbody and Momence, Daxco has proved its position having been announced as a finalist for customer service department of the year 2023, boding well for the well-established company and declaring yet another step up as it scales and grows.
