Junior Accountant, Thynk

• At least 1-3 years of previous working experience as an accountant (apprenticeship or internship included)
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• The ability to work independently and be a good team player
• Experience & are comfortable working 100% remote
• Attention to detail and critical thinking are essential
• You are not afraid to ask questions, provide and take feedback, and communicate openly with others
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and G suites

• You will be working with the rest of the accounting team (2 people) in maintaining the quality of our financials as well as supporting improvements
• Record day-to-day financial transactions as per accounting processes and deadlines
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
• Manage customer accounts, invoicing and collections
• Monitor cash position and manage flows
• Possibility to assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements monthly
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
• Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for audit and reference purposes
• Possibility to participate as a key team member to improve the company's accounting-related processes to increase efficiency
