Role

Who you are

  • Strong expertise in demand generation, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing
  • Experience running LinkedIn and email campaigns targeting early careers professionals & C-suite buyers in enterprise organisations
  • Ability to create high-quality thought leadership content and sales enablement materials
  • Strong experience in running high quality, impactful events
  • An indisputable passion for Zero Gravity’s mission and understanding of our values

What the job involves

  • Powering commercial growth to unlock opportunity for unrecognised talent
  • You’ll be the engine behind our commercial partnerships. Using account-based marketing, demand generation and thought leadership content, you’ll develop outreach strategies that resonate with C-suite leaders, early careers teams and talent strategists across banking, law, tech, engineering, and the startup world
  • Working closely with our COO, Commercial team, and Product team, you’ll bring together data, storytelling, and strategy to drive measurable outcomes. From launching sharp LinkedIn campaigns and insight-packed whitepapers, to scaling employer roundtables and digital content hubs, you’ll shape how employers discover, understand and engage with Zero Gravity
  • This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our growth. You’ll lead the charge on building Zero Gravity’s commercial presence in the market, and ensure that the most ambitious employers in the UK see Zero Gravity not as a charitable initiative, but as a critical partner in powering their future talent strategy
  • The main goal: Creating a constant flow of high-quality MQLs to secure more Zero Gravity employer partners to power our mission

Since its launch, it's mentored over 8,000 low-income students into highly selective universities and hundreds into elite careers. It unlocks student's potential by breaking down barriers to opportunities through the power of membership. Its mentoring and masterclasses offer an inside track to reaching the best universities and careers, with technology that enables the company to achieve these goals at speed and scale.

Alongside its main initiatives, the company has established Zero Gravity Fund to provide financial support to talented students from low-income backgrounds. Since its inception, it has deployed over £1.5 million in scholarships to Zero Gravity members, further supporting their journey.
