What the job involves
- The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the sales team’s success by driving operational efficiency and accuracy
- The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a range of activities, including data input, process improvements, research, and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately enter information for the Field Sales team, ensuring completeness and high attention to detail
- System Proficiency: Utilize SalesForce and CPQ (Apptus) to streamline processes, track progress, and support the sales cycle
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Manage time effectively to meet the volume of activities while continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors
- Quality Assurance: Review data and collaborate with Field Sales Executives to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries
- Customer Interaction: Be prepared to engage directly with customers as needed, providing clear, timely information and addressing inquiries professionally
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with order processing, billing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth renewal processes and resolve any operational issues
- Research & Reporting: Assist the management team by conducting research and generating reports to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Tracking & Metrics: Maintain accurate records and track key information to support business goals and renewal targets
