- Familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to amplify your productivity
What the job involves
- As an Associate Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of operations and technology to transform how enterprise clients experience HONK's platform
- You'll synthesize requests from across the company, including Network Operations, Client Success, and Sales, then translate them into strategic product improvements that create lasting value
- Working closely with Product Leadership, you'll learn to build and own roadmaps while developing deep expertise in marketplace dynamics and enterprise software
- Field and prioritize product requests from internal teams, identifying patterns that point to larger strategic opportunities
- Build relationships across the company by sitting with ops teams, joining client calls, and understanding the human side of every feature request
- Build business cases using quantitative analysis to determine which improvements drive the most value across cost, efficiency, and customer experience
- Own feature delivery from requirements through launch, coordinating with Engineering and Operations to ship improvements that actually get adopted
- Develop expertise in HONK's marketplace mechanics and enterprise client needs, becoming the go-to person for how our platform creates value
- Create and maintain roadmaps that balance quick wins with strategic initiatives, learning to say no as often as you say yes
- Leverage modern AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation
