Who you are

  • 8+ years of proven SaaS Partnership/ Sales/ Account Management experience within within the retail media industry
  • A proven, demonstrable, track record in driving substantial growth in partner relationships
  • Organized, capable of handling multiple tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals
  • Most importantly, a collaborative person who is a creative problem solver and one who has a team first mentality
  • Fluency in French is an advantage
  • An influential leader with outstanding people skills, including managing internal and external clients
  • Travel will be required for the role 25% of the time

What the job involves

  • Mirakl is actively looking for a Partner Sales Manager to support the rapid adoption of Mirakl Ads and contribute to our growth
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in partner management and Retail Media
  • As the Senior Partner Sales Manager for Mirakl Ads, you will help Mirakl extend our success globally through the management of strategic partnerships
  • In this role, you will have responsibility and autonomy to create and execute a partner strategy to develop a qualified funnel, establish or reinforce Mirakl Ads long-term position as the category leader, collaborate with marketing in our vertical strategy, and support Labs’ and Customer Success’ initiatives by leveraging additional technologies from your named partners
  • In your role, you will be supported by a highly experienced management team and have the resources to invest in your business
  • Manage and execute the program development and management between Mirakl & the named key strategic partners (eg., agencies, DSP, tech partner, consulting firm). These partnerships and the development of each are key to Mirakl’s growth objectives
  • Identify new partner opportunities and lead the development of these opportunities
  • Manage Executive relationships between Mirakl and strategic partners (eg., agencies, DSP, tech partner, consulting firm)
  • Ensure Mirakl is deeply embedded in the strategic partners’ commerce and digital experience technical offerings and identify areas where partners’ technologies can enhance the Mirakl solution
  • Manage revenue targets & goals
  • Provide strategic direction for our joint marketing efforts, working closely with Mirakl Marketing on strategic and tactical campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Mirakl Ads Sales team to refine the strategy and help the go-to-market
  • Engage all levels of the partners’ organizations – inspire and influence them to partner with Mirakl and deliver joint propositions
  • Develop shared business plans with strategic partners, collaborating with other functions within Mirakl
  • Work closely with the Global Sales Teams and field partner managers to drive a culture of joint interaction between direct sales and the named partners

Our take

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.

Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.

Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
