Workplace Manager, Crusoe Energy Systems

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in workplace or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented global organizations
• You are well-versed in managing day-to-day operations, including food and beverage programs, janitorial services, events, front desk operations, and space planning

• You will oversee the launch and management of our new South Bay office, ensuring it becomes a hub of productivity and engagement

• This is a full-time, in-office position based in South Bay
• Oversee all workplace operations for the South Bay office, ensuring smooth daily functionality and an exceptional employee experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, landlords, and building management
• Help refine and implement operational processes for workplace programs and services
• Leverage workplace analytics to identify trends and propose data-backed improvements for office operations and employee experience
• Support with office design and build projects, ensuring timeline delivery and adherence to scope and budget
• Coordinate and manage South Bay employee events and programs that align with global workplace strategies and enhance team engagement
• Oversee food and beverage programming, including lunch and snack programs, while managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with the Senior Workplace Manager to forecast facility needs and strategize for future growth
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for workplace policies, procedures, and operations to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and onboarding
• Act as the primary responder for building-related emergencies, including after-hours situations when necessary
• This role requires a minimum of five days in-office each week
