- An experienced growth specialist with 3+ years of experience scaling user acquisition in high-velocity environments like fintech or consumer apps.
- A data-driven marketer who speaks the language of analytics, wielding tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to turn insights into strategic growth levers.

What the job involves
- Develop and execute holistic growth strategies that seamlessly integrate paid marketing, performance optimization, and conversion tactics across multiple channels (organic and paid)
- Hands-on management of performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You'll be in the platform daily, iterating, testing, and optimizing in real-time, with a laser focus on driving measurable user acquisition and retention
- Design and implement A/B tests, to systematically identify and scale high-impact growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover actionable insights, building dashboards and translating complex analytics into actionable growth strategies you'll execute yourself.
- Community Building: Leverage grassroots and guerrilla marketing tactics to create buzz and grow Cino’s user base organically
- Directly collaborate with product, design, and content teams, bridging strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Own the entire conversion optimization process - from identifying friction points to developing and implementing solutions across ecommerce, notifications, email, and app store channels.
