Finance Controller, Haddock

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar fields. An MBA or a corporate finance degree is a plus
• You have 4+ years of experience in a similar financial role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• You have advanced financial accounting knowledge
• You are proficient with financial software and ERPs
• You have experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and funding
• You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
• You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team
• Advanced level of English is required
• Experience with Stripe is a plus

Desirable

• Develop and supervise the company’s short- and long-term financial strategy
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Oversee daily accounting operations and coordinate monthly/annual closings
• Ensure compliance with all fiscal and regulatory obligations
• Manage and control the company’s financial products and analyze cash flow and working capital
• Lead and develop the internal finance team, ensuring operational process control (AP/AR, ERP supervision, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Prepare financial reports and investor updates
