Role
Who you are
- 8+ years in adtech/retail media/publisher-side advertising or adjacent roles; strong understanding of the adtech value chain
- Expertise in retail media KPIs, inventory strategy, campaign optimization, and publisher monetization models
- Proven experience in a client-facing, analytical role with demonstrable impact on revenue or performance; marketplace/eCommerce knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and optimizations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept with PowerPoint/Google Slides and executive-ready storytelling
- Project management excellence: highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and energetic; thrives in dynamic, high-growth, “start-up” style environments
- Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders; strong relationship builder and natural networker

What the job involves
- Mirakl has expanded beyond its core marketplace business with the launch of Mirakl Ads, a global Retail Media technology empowering marketplace operators to run high‑performing retail media programs
- As a Senior Customer Success Consultant for Mirakl Ads, you will be the trusted strategic advisor to our clients in the AMER region - including some of the world’s largest retailers - guiding them to launch, scale, and optimize their retail media businesses
- Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, your mission is to design and execute actionable strategies that drive ad revenue, marketplace growth, and long-term value realization with Mirakl Ads
- You’ll combine adtech expertise, data-driven consulting, and exceptional client leadership to turn our clients’ retail media vision into reality
- Your Impact
- As the first Customer Success hire for Mirakl Ads in the US, you will play a key role in the growth of Mirakl Ads, owning a portfolio of strategic clients (newly signed and live) and driving measurable outcomes across launch and operational phases
- Launch Phase:
- Define each client’s Mirakl Ads strategy and operating model; support org design and governance
- Lead discovery and strategy workshops; translate goals into a sharp commercial action plan with clear KPIs
- Orchestrate go-live readiness across stakeholders (ad operations, sales, product, analytics); train and enable client teams
- Operational Phase
- Build and execute tailored growth plans per client spanning inventory strategy, placements, and campaign best practices
- Analyze performance data to optimize ad revenues (e.g., bidding, targeting, formats, placement mix) and drive continuous improvement
- Run executive-caliber business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), delivering insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations that inform roadmaps and investment
- What You Will Do at Mirakl:
- Own end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and ensuring they maximize value with Mirakl Ads and the broader Mirakl portfolio
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders, becoming an indispensable advisor to executives and cross-functional leaders
- Create compelling presentations (strategic plans, QBRs, ad-hoc analyses) by synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear narratives that drive decisions
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to accelerate research, synthesize client data, and enhance the speed and quality of recommendations
- Master project management across multiple workstreams, context-switching effectively while maintaining high quality
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Services; act as the voice of the Publisher/Retailer to influence roadmap and internal priorities
- Support sales motions when needed (e.g., Mirakl Ads Sales House opportunities), including solution positioning and value articulation
- Structure and continuously improve Mirakl Ads customer success and business consulting processes, playbooks, and KPIs
- Stay on top of Retail Media and marketplace trends; proactively identify growth opportunities for clients
- Success Metrics:
- Client revenue growth and ROI from Mirakl Ads (e.g., ad revenue, take rate, profitability)
- Adoption and maturity of retail media operating model, processes, and best practices
- Quality of strategic deliverables and executive stakeholder satisfaction
- Retention, expansion, and advocacy across your client portfolio
- Contribution to internal playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment
Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
