Security Engineer, Coinbase

• Coinbase Corporate Security (CorpSec) is seeking a Security Engineer to design, implement, and automate security solutions that protect corporate infrastructure, user devices, enterprise applications, and network communications
• This role combines hands-on coding with the design and deployment of security configurations to address complex technical challenges
• Your work will ensure that Coinbase’s corporate environment remains secure, efficient, and resilient, directly safeguarding sensitive data and critical assets
• Designing and implementing security configurations to harden Coinbase’s macOS, Chromebook, and mobile endpoints, focusing on secure setups, compliance, threat detection, and user experience
• Building software to automate security processes, remediate risks, and integrate third-party solutions
• Conducting security reviews of enterprise systems and software to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Collaborating with IT and engineering teams to integrate endpoint and SaaS security into broader corporate initiatives
