Business Development Representative Manager, GreyScout

• 3+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or “Team Lead” capacity within an SDR/BDR environment
• Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment, specifically within the B2B SaaS space
• Expert-level knowledge of running outbound sequences, prospecting tools, and cold calling
• A track record of consistently exceeding team-wide or individual quotas
• Strong alignment with core values: problem-solving, learning, innovation, appreciation, and team mentality
