Role
Who you are
- Track record of renewal and expansion - your book of business will be companies >2,000+ employees and we’d love for you to help us ensure they continue to see the impact of Ethena at their orgs year over year
- Success with multithreading to meet new stakeholders, understand pain points, and own opportunities to further add value to their role / function
- Strong experience with leveraging Salesforce for up to date operations and highly organized within Salesforce to keep opportunities up to date

- A self-starter who thrives in a hands-off management environment — someone who takes ownership of their work with a “roll up your sleeves mentality”, is comfortable with ambiguity, proactively identifies problems and solutions, and drives their work forward with minimal oversight
- Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena and a strong alignment with our core values (which includes an impeccable sense of humor)
- This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Enterprise CSM to join our Customer Success team!
- This role will report to our VP of Customer Success and will be responsible for owning our largest customers and be a key contributor to our GDR and NDR goals
- Reports to: Akhila Iruku, VP Customer Success
- Own an Enterprise book of business with quarterly expansion, lead generation and renewal targets
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth in target accounts and execute on enterprise expansion goal through multithreading and executive engagement
- Identify at-risk accounts and create an action plan and spearhead cross-functional efforts to mitigate churn and contraction
- Educate our team and customers about compliance industry trends to deepen our customer relationships, think going from small talk to real talk
- Build relationships cross-functionally between teams including product, engineering, design, and sales to improve customer experience gaps
- Strengthen the customer bond by connecting customers with one another or our network through in-person meetings, webinars, and events
- Prep and execute impressive quarterly business reviews to align on the impact of Ethena within customer organization
- Prospecting! You’ll be responsible for finding new opportunities to add value within your book of business with the support of tools and other members of our team
Our take
Ethena originally started as a training platform to prevent harassment at work, with its model driven by short, bite-sized “nudges” and flexible 5 minute training sessions rather than time consuming, and often ineffective seminars.
The company was quickly celebrated upon launch for its fresh take on deploying anti-harassment training. Leaning into the micro-learning method has proven popular as it makes training much more gamifiable, and far easier to digest, while it offers much less distraction from the daily workflow.
Ethena’s has won major customers in the form of Netflix, Figma, and Zendesk. Since receiving impressive 2022 funding, the company has expanded its focus to include a wider range of compliance training, from financial compliance to corruption prevention, to diversity & inclusion, all to meet the growing demand for its tight, user-friendly approach.
