Role
Who you are
- You have previous experience within a similar role
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and decks
- You are proficient in data analysis and reporting for metrics tracking
- You have great attention to detail for accurate and comprehensive documentation
- You are able to effectively prioritize multiple urgent tasks, understanding the nature of sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM software, and an understanding of the real estate or proptech industry is desirable, but not essential
- You enjoy having fun, work well with others and are a team player
- Eligible to work (and based) within the USA
- Willing to undertake a background check prior to joining
What the job involves
- Create and maintain sales proposals and pitch decks
- Gather and organize pricing information
- Collect and manage location data for different workspaces
- Regularly report key metrics related to sales and account management
- Collaborate with the wider sales and account management teams to ensure smooth operations and customer service
- Support the sales team on coordinating targeted outreach campaigns, contributing to lead generation and effective communication strategies
- Generally support Sales team and Account Managers with administrative tasks as required
- Drive improvement and optimization of current processes and tooling as it relates to commercial operations
