Who you are
- Good IT knowledge and a demonstrated commitment to a career in IT (e.g. qualifications or professional development

- Experience of supporting remote working (including overseas)
- Experience of Servicenow or similar IT ticketing systems
- Reporting on hardware and software, inclusive of Incidents, Requests, Licence allocation, JML Process
What the job involves
- Working with IT Asset stock - unpack, quality checks, place into stock on system
- Keep accurate and reportable IT Asset records
- Support colleagues both in person, remotely and via our ticketing system (ServiceNow) on IT Asset queries and problems
- Arrange IT Kit for new hires, movers and replacement assets
- Build laptops
- Retrieve IT Assets from leavers within the business and remove users in ServiceNow
- Ensure that processes are well documented and shared with colleagues via the ServiceNow Knowledge base
- Work closely with other teams to deliver solid IT Asset management support
- Provide insightful reporting on hardware and software, inclusive of Incidents, Requests, Licence allocation, Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) Process
- Ensures that all Asset & Configuration Management related documentation (client processes, work instructions, catalogue documentation) are up-to-date and report on them accurately
- Work with processes, tools, frameworks, standards, templates in line with the industry and best practice
