Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the enterprise software sector, with a strong record in multi-channel campaign execution
- Proven writing and editing skills tailored to technical audiences, along with hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing campaigns based on performance insights
- Prior experience building early-stage campaigns and marketing complex technical solutions is highly beneficial
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a talent for managing stakeholders and driving results across teams
What the job involves
- Our Marketing team is dedicated to building a world-class campaign infrastructure to drive growth and maximize Instabase’s reach. We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to work alongside our Head of Demand Generation, laying the foundation for our campaign function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be instrumental in shaping the strategy, processes, and playbooks that will support our long-term growth
- As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our integrated marketing campaigns, highlighting Instabase’s strengths in enterprise automation. Working collaboratively with our Head of Demand Generation, you’ll help define and execute campaign frameworks while identifying opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable, repeatable campaigns as we expand
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to tactical implementation, emphasizing Instabase's capabilities in enterprise automation
- Develop impactful campaign messaging, optimize email nurture flows, manage landing page creation, and execute digital advertising initiatives
- Collaborate with product marketing to enhance campaign reach and drive engagement through digital channels
- Create templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows for various campaign types to support a scalable and efficient campaign function
- Establish a robust measurement framework to analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement

For example, a bank can quickly build an app that can automatically verify customer income in a fraction of a second by combing through documents such as camera pictures or scans of payslips, tax documents, bank statements, and other similar documents submitted by the customer.
The platform comes equipped with the tools for reading documents, data extraction and classification, natural language processing, and optical character recognition. It's designed to enable creators, developers, and organizations to quickly build complex business applications based on their needs.
Instabase also offers an app store, a growing marketplace of pre-packaged business apps for different industries, such as Income Verification, Adverse Media Analysis, Identity Verification, Trade Finance, Contract Analysis, and Financial Spreading.
