Who you are

- 3+ years of experience in a recruitment coordinator / sourcer / recruiter role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent at managing scheduling for multiple pipelines in parallel
- Experience using an ATS and proficiency in picking up new tools and systems
- Can-do mindset
- Demonstrated experience of working on numerous tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise
What the job involves
- We are looking to hire a driven, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Recruitment team
- This will be a generalist role where you will primarily focus on interview coordination, guiding candidates through the process and collaborating with the wider recruitment team on process improvement projects
- Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers for multiple hiring processes
- Ensure candidates are moved through the recruitment process speedily and efficiently
- You will be a point of contact for multiple candidates, keeping them updated and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their interview process
- Support with posting new roles on our ATS and Linkedin
- Maintain candidate profiles and pipelines on our ATS where necessary
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics as needed
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team on process improvement projects for candidates, hiring managers and team productivity

It works to remove the stigma around health problems such as obesity, hormone imbalances and menopause through teleconsultations, testing, regular check-ins and a range of tools, supplements and medications to treat common issues like poor sleep, hair loss, erectile dysfunction and skin conditions. Originally focused solely on men's health, the service led a shift in attitudes among its customers, with about half the men using the service to treat more than one condition, indicating that they're not just seeking help for the worst health issue that they're experiencing. Since then it has opened its services to all genders with a hope to sift attitudes on a wider variety of health issues.
The company has raised an impressive amount of capital, most recently in 2024. And this funding is being used to expand its reach and enhance its services, particularly focussing on treatments for hormonal imbalance, obesity, and hair loss.
