What the job involves
- This position is a key supporting role with a high level of responsibility and impact
- You will primarily work with the CEO, Richard, but also with the other two Co-founders, Max and Lukas, in reporting, communicating with investors and clients, planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, projects, and priorities
- You won’t be stuck doing only the regular ‘secretarial’ admin work
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and all departments, as well as outside partners and clients, on all matters pertaining to the executive operations of the organization
- Support the Founders in preparatory accounting
- Assist the CEO in leading the Customer Support Department
- Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents reliably
- Greet clients and visitors to our office
- Plan, organize, and coordinate functions and special events for the CEO and other team members
- Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling and/or tabulating statistics, and organizing and presenting the information in usable and understandable formats such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Take full ownership of many confidential and exciting projects

- Job offer: the recruiter will send the job offer to you. When you accept the offer, our HR department will prepare and send you the employment contract
Our take
With electric vehicles now becoming an increasingly affordable transport option, the problem now is convincing consumers that they are more convenient than petrol-fuelled automobiles. JUCR, a deep tech company, is tackling this issue with an app that provides EVs with convenient charging points across more than 330,000 stations connected to the platform across Germany, making it easier and cheaper to charge your vehicle.
There has been a wave of EV-focused tech companies receiving funding over the last few years, including Ionity, Power Dot and Canoo, but with three rounds of funding behind it from 2022 alone, JUCR is catching up to the competition.
This is no mean feat, despite its impressive funding, with JUCR still only available in Germany. It is aiming to create a Europe-wide charging network of over 100,000 charging points by 2025, but only time will tell if this timeline is fast enough to keep up with companies with investment reaching hundreds of millions of euros already available across Europe.
