Who you are
- Strong commercial awareness and acumen
- Confident working within digital media landscape
- Extensive experience within a client facing role
- Understanding of commercial partnerships and knowledgeable in each stage from pitching through to delivery
Desirable
- Experience using Data Studios, Keynote and Excel (or similar programs)
- Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment
What the job involves
- You will work within the Client Success team whilst also collaborating with the Sales, Strategy and Performance teams
- Reporting to our Client Director, your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide proactive client engagement activities throughout the customer lifecycle to drive new channel and insight adoption and client success
- Nurture customer relationships and grow accounts through the upselling of appropriate products and services, i.e new channels, insight and so forth
- Design and deliver robust strategies for helping clients hit their business objectives
- Provide full-service onboarding, both internally and externally
- Apply expert product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Provide client insights, feedback and issues to internal teams & Client Director
- Respond to and coordinate resolution of any customer issues in a timely manner
- Build and manage relationships with the media owners to discover new opportunities which may benefit our clients
- Work alongside Sales & Marketing to create client success stories and testimonials
