Who you are
- To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate (role) professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets
- Full-time availability for 6 months, starting from September
- You have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record
- Some experience in top-tier consulting, banking, private equity, venture capital, startups, or other fast-paced environments is highly valued but not essential
- You have a sincere curiosity in entrepreneurship and demonstrate initiative, as well as strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for fintech
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- You get stuff done
What the job involves
- As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will be at the core of bunch’s growth in the Dutch market
- Working closely with the NL Country Manager, you will take on impactful projects that shape our local commercial and operational success
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of bunch from within and gain experience of scaling a fast-growing fintech startup in a new market
- You'll drive our international expansion with real ownership and impact
- As part of our small team, you'll have immediate responsibility in building an international fintech company from the ground up
- You will support our country manager in the Netherlands on crucial business topics, from commercial to operations and strategy, giving you experience across all parts of the business
- This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time commercial role at bunch, a VC, or any other high-growth startup
- You will be the right hand to the country manager, closely working together on any challenge that comes with scaling the business to the next level
- You will contribute to lead generation, sales, and customer support for our product lines
- You will carry out gap analyses in product and offering, derive strategic insights, and proactively drive solutions
- You will collaborate on various operational and automation initiatives with the HQ team in Berlin, streamlining processes for efficiency

- Deep-dive interview with David (Country Manager) - discover the role in more detail and discuss how your journey has prepared you for it, your learnings along the way, your goals and your overall personal purpose
- Case Interview with (David) & (Laurens), to demonstrate your way of thinking, working and communicating your output
- Final meeting with our Founders to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions
Our take
Berlin-based Bunch is an operating system (OS) for investors to syndicate deals across private markets. Both founders’ previous experiences in fintech made them uniquely aware of the barriers preventing access to private markets and how to knock them down.
The private market investment has boomed in recent years, with around $10 trillion in assets under management. Considering the growing state of the market coupled with the company's current work to refine its platform, Bunch can expect to see greater demand and further uptake of its services. Bunch is attractive to customers due to how easy it makes participation in private markets.
Since its founding in 2021, Bunch has attracted over 500 investors to its platform and now administers around €150 million in assets. Following 2024 funding, the company is focused on growing its userbase and product capabilities.
