- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, with experience supporting VP or C-level leaders preferred
- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel, executive calendars, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and executive communications
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and experience creating executive-ready presentations and documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- The ability to work from our San Francisco office as part of our hybrid work model
What the job involves
- We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two members of Amplitude's executive leadership team: our Chief Human Resources Officer and our Head of Marketing. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of People, Marketing, and the broader executive team, requiring exceptional organization, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- You'll serve as a trusted business partner who creates leverage for your executives by managing priorities, coordinating complex initiatives, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of both organizations run smoothly
- Partner closely with the CHRO and Head of Marketing to proactively manage complex calendars, competing priorities, communications, travel, and day-to-day executive operations
- Drive execution of key business rhythms—including staff meetings, leadership reviews, team offsites, All Hands, QBRs, and cross-functional planning—ensuring seamless logistics and follow-through
- Build strong relationships across the executive team and partner with Workplace, Employee Experience, Finance, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams to keep priorities moving efficiently
- Handle highly confidential information with exceptional judgment while serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to both executives
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage AI and automation tools where appropriate, and create scalable ways of working that increase executive effectiveness

Amplitude provides product analytics to help companies understand user behaviour. Product, marketing, and growth teams use Amplitude to discover and share insights about user engagement, retention, and revenue.
Amplitude’s user flows reveal which actions are the most commonly taken after users sign up, and which usually precede purchases made in-app, creating paths through the app. The behaviour of individual app users can be viewed with unlimited real-time activity feeds and user timelines.
Thousands of companies use Amplitude analytics, including Microsoft, Under Armour, Intuit, Twitter, Bonobos, Peloton, and many more. In 2024, a securities fraud case was filed against Amplitude due to an IPO and stock share rise that was alleged to be artificially inflated before their downturn in 2022. The case has since been resolved, and Amplitude continues to release new products and operate at full capacity.
