Who you are
- 10 or more years experience leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams in a technology first (preferably API) driven B2B product company
- Experience developing and implementing successful growth strategies that increase sales and adoption of new and existing products
- Proven track record executing sales / account strategies to grow market share
- Ability to foster and develop relationships (both new and existing) with key internal and external stakeholders
- High level understanding of data science applications and techniques to drive commercial outcomes
- To drive success in this role, you will have successfully led high performing teams within a technology first B2B environment
- Strong Leadership skills

What the job involves
- As a Director, Partner Services on our Partner Services team, you will oversee the Partner Services function for the Americas regions and will be accountable for the integration, retention and growth of partners accounts
- Quickly develop and implement strategic growth plans that drive substantial commercial upside for both our partners as well as CB
- As the Director, Partner Services you will lead the successful integration of new ticketing partners and implementing scalable strategies that will increase CG’s market share. Regular collaboration with the Partnership and Technology teams will be key in ensuring the continued growth and optimization of key accounts are achieved
- Lead successful integration of new ticketing partners with XCover and other products globally
- Lead, coach and manage teams of Partner Growth Managers, Client Solution Engineers and Partner Services team members
- Develop and manage key relationships to identify growth opportunities for new and existing products
- Create scalable growth via effective account management through solution design and implementation of initiatives aligned to each partner's needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are fully supported and devise strategies to service and maintain partner relationships, act as the key liaison with partners to ensure support SLA are maintained
- Introduce Brightwrite to optimize Partner GWP and/or Total Transaction Value, work with the Brightwrite product team to deliver a continuous program of improvements to the partner’s optimization objectives
- Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners through regular reporting and insights on the performance of products and accounts

Insurance plans and warranties are staples of a successful digital company, but setting them up is challenging. Businesses must compare and write contracts with insurance providers which require the expensive assistance of legal and financial teams, Add to this the cost of web designers who can embed the service online, and insurance and warranties quickly become unaffordable to smaller businesses.
Cover Genius provides end-to-end APIs called XCover and XClaim for embedding insurance and warranty plans onto online stores, preventing the business from having to compare, arrange and deploy insurance plans themselves. The company's policies are for any business, can be translated into over 40 languages, and are designed to be read easily without unnecessary jargon.
Whilst other insurtech companies offer similar services to Cover Genius, the company has uniquely focused on ensuring its plans are easily readable, translatable, and dynamically priced based on personal requirements. Although the company initially aimed to facilitate insurance and warranty plans for smaller businesses, it also partners with large enterprises such as Ryanair, Amazon, and eBay. In 2024 it secured impressive Series E funding off the back of a year where it achieved 107% year-on-year growth.
