What the job involves
- Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales & BD and external partners / customers with high efficiency and expectations
- Responsible for creating product video content
- Responsible for writing and maintaining Helio product docs
- Responsible for writing product launch documents including blogs, banners & videos
- Work with the product & engineering teams to project manage feature delivery
- Implement effective marketing tooling
- You’re not responsible for product marketing (which sits with the product) but proactively contribute to the best product positioning & messaging

Our take
Web 3.0 technology has the potential to transform the way payments are made, by allowing money to be exchanged without intermediaries – simply, quickly, and anonymously – but it remains a confusing and fringe notion for most. Helio is building a platform to bring Web 3.0 to the forefront of online payment, with the ultimate goal of driving payment costs to zero.
Helio, built by an experienced team and launched in 2022, was created to tackle the archaic and expensive payments market which the company says is built on a flawed incentive structure. It can be embedded into websites or apps by using its API and libraries but, importantly, it can also be used to make no-code Web 3.0 payments, by users connecting their Solana wallet. Transactions are low cost, operate at Visa-scale speed, and are carbon neutral.
Since its launch, Helio has been tested by thousands of projects and users, and processes close to a million dollars in transactions weekly. The company is investing in growing its sales and marketing teams in an effort to expand its partnerships with other platforms and marketplaces.
