Who you are

  • We seek a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • 5+ years of experience in growth hacking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Hands-on experience with multiple SEO and SEM strategies
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience optimization
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush)

What the job involves

  • This individual will play a critical role in our marketing, product, and sales teams, focusing on funnel analysis and leveraging data to optimize our go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and execute bold, experimentation-driven growth strategies to rapidly drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through iterative, data-backed testing
  • Leverage an agile mindset to continuously test hypotheses, learn from failures, and optimize campaigns, ensuring fast pivots and iterative improvements
  • Own the end-to-end experimentation process—from ideation to execution—by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to uncover scalable growth opportunities
  • Champion a fail-fast, learn-fast approach, using rapid experimentation to validate new channels, messaging, and acquisition tactics
  • Use advanced data analytics and BI tools (e.g., AWS RedShift, PowerBI, SQL) to extract insights, measure impact, and optimize every aspect of the customer funnel
  • Continuously refine marketing and sales funnels, optimizing conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) through iterative testing
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (SDR, product, sales, and customer success) to align growth hacking initiatives with business objectives
  • Implement multi-channel, data-driven growth tactics across organic, paid, and viral loops, leveraging SEO, SEM, content, and performance marketing strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, constantly exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to find innovative ways to hack growth

Our take

The global healthcare crisis of recent years has underscored the importance of international healthcare collaboration. Collective Minds Radiology is an organisation applying this principle to medical imaging. Its service currently connects over 14,000 radiologists and hundreds of hospitals to collaborate on collective diagnosis, healthcare development, and digital education.

The company has seen increasing interest from the Danish market over recent years, and have launched a presence in Denmark. Otherwise, this healthcare collaboration tool flies relatively under the radar - and with good reason. The sharing of medical images required tight adherence to privacy regulations, which are particularly strict in the healthcare sector.

Part of Collective Mind’s interesting exploratory work is in the field of using AI for diagnostics purposes. This is still relatively new territory, and brings with it a justifiable amount of caution. This company’s community-led approach, however, may prove a crucial training ground for refining this advanced AI application - it will be interesting to see how they develop.
